• AIWoW™ Advanced Certifications
• Corporate Consulting & Advisory Services

2. No Membership or Registration Fees

AIWoW™ Council follows an open and inclusive participation model:

• No membership fees are charged
• No registration fees are required

Payments are applicable only for:

• Advanced Certifications
• Corporate Consulting / Advisory Engagements

3. Non-Refundable Payment Policy

All payments made to AIWoW™ Council are:

Strictly non-refundable under all circumstances

This applies to:

1. a) Advanced Certification Payments

• Enrollment fees
• Assessment or evaluation fees
• Certification program payments

1. b) Corporate Consulting & Advisory Fees

• Strategy consulting
• Governance advisory
• AIWoW™ implementation programs
• Workshops, audits, or enterprise engagements

4. Strict No Refund Clause

Once a payment has been successfully processed:

No refunds will be issued under any circumstances.

This includes, but is not limited to:

• Change of mind
• Business or personal constraints
• Non-participation or partial participation
• Project delays or internal client issues
• Failure to complete certification
• Organizational restructuring
• Misalignment of expectations after engagement initiation

5. Corporate Engagement Commitment

For corporate consulting services:

• Fees represent allocation of expertise, time, and strategic resources
• Work may begin immediately upon confirmation
• Resource planning and intellectual contribution are considered consumed upon engagement initiation

Therefore, all consulting fees remain non-refundable regardless of project status.

6. User / Client Responsibility

By making any payment, you acknowledge that:

• You have reviewed the scope of services or certification
• You understand the deliverables and expectations
• You agree to the non-refundable nature of all payments

Clients and participants are strongly advised to evaluate all details prior to payment.

7. Limited Discretion (Non-Obligatory)

AIWoW™ Council may, at its sole discretion:

• Allow rescheduling (for certifications or sessions)
• Offer alternative participation formats

Such decisions are:

• Case-specific
• Not guaranteed
• Not a substitute for refund

8. Payment Disputes

All disputes must be reported immediately:
